Hey I’m Marc and No Words to Say is my personal website. I’ve build this site because I miss how the internet used to be and out of a desire to build out my own little corner in it.

The name carries a weight that is mostly important to me and probably of little importance to you. According to my parents, as a toddler I loved listening to Tracy Chapman’s1 music in the car, a weird preference for someone barely old enough to string full sentences together in hindsight. In 2014, I rediscovered her work through How To Dress Well’s mix of the same title2, a moment that unexpectedly tethered me to an earlier version of myself. Now, ten years later, it felt like the right name for this little online refuge.

My professional life3 has been more of a winding path than a linear climb. I’ve worked as a designer, written for brands, directed fashion sets, and dreamed up a Super Bowl commercial. Most recently, I served as Creative Director at WeTransfer, leading their brand design department.

This site is a repository for those thoughts I can’t shake, hobbies that I got myself into and whatever else feels worth sharing in the moment.
